SSB4 Banner: Balloon Fighter

Did you know there are very few quality images of Balloon Fighter? Isn't it bad enough the guy has to flap his arms all the time only to get electrocuted or eaten by a giant fish? C'mon now.

Anyway, with the Villager's Balloon Fight reference, I dunno how likely this guy is anymore, but... I already made this. So there.
